job satisfaction to the workers. This research aims to determine the new leadership style,
in respect to Work-From-Everywhere era, and empirically examines its effect on  job
satisfaction. As much as 391 employees working virtually were selected. The online

style affects job satisfaction with the mediation of trust, relationship building, and
employee communication. Moreover, leaders that are capable of managing these features
are found to effectively increase job satisfaction. This study contributes to the managers'
